Welcome to my practice!
I am so delighted you found me. I work with families who are ready to learn how to take charge of their health and willing to embrace simple lifestyle changes to support that. If this describes what you have been in search of, then you are certainly in the right place!
The goal of our work together will be to restore your body’s natural ability to clean and heal itself. We will achieve that using Gemmotherapy extracts, a Plant Based Diet, and Homeopathy. In the process, I will teach you how to recognize early signs and symptoms in your own body and also how to resolve them naturally before chronic conditions develop.
In order for our work together be successful it is important for you be able to commit to my Roadmap to Wellness. These lifestyle and dietary changes provide the foundational support for the therapies I use.
I meet with new clients in my practice set in the Travis Heights neighborhood of Austin, Texas or via Skype or telephone for those living outside of the local Austin area. The intake process involves two appointments and, because I specialize in whole family care, there are options to accommodate all of your family members at once. Our first appointment will be to gather all of your information and at the second, I will share my approach and protocols for your specific symptoms.
All new clients receive a Welcome Packet with resources to guide your journey to health and a copy of my book, Gemmotherapy For Everyone: An Introduction To Acute Care. The handling of acute symptoms is critical to avoid the development of chronic symptoms and I will work with you from the start on identifying the simple symptoms you can address at home from those which need to be brought to my attention.
What makes us different?
I will teach you how the body cleans and heals and help you understand what is getting in the way of your healing. In doing this I will draw your attention to the symptoms that are worth noting and resolving before they become chronic. I am passionate in my support of parents on the path from powerless to powerful in regards to taking charge of the health of their children and the family as a whole and will give you the tools you need to get there. While we may need to meet frequently the first year of our work together, families I have seen for years do quite well meeting on a quarterly basis and as acute situations arise.
