What to Expect

Session 1: How or maybe who do you choose to be in the world? We will be exploring what you aspire to and what is getting in the way of living your fullest and authentic life and how this connects to healing, for you and for others.

Session 2: Developing equanimity while attending to the needs of ourselves and others can be inspiring and it can also be draining. How we think about and behave as we provide care generates the experience we have. What interferes with having the best experience possible? How can you develop an approach that supports the creation of such experiences?

Session 3: Knowing what we are and are not responsible for and being able to create healthy boundaries is key to developing a sense of equanimity in life. What opportunities for healing would arise if those we change our expectations about our responsibility in the healing process?

Session 4: How does acting from a place of compassion and wisdom change how or who you are choosing to be in the world? We will explore what has changed over the past three sessions and look toward what you can do over the next few months to begin to embody your learning.
