This is where your journey begins. Increase self-awareness, build personal relationships with the Gemmo extracts that support Nervous System regulation, and build resilience.
This hybrid module includes the following:
- Recorded sessions with: Lauren Hubele and Lena Kozlovets
- Monthly Live Group Mentoring with Lena Kozlovets, Gemmo School Mentor
Requirements: Attendance at all live sessions
Prerequisites: Viewing of all Gemmo Essential Mini-Courses

Case Collaborations
It's time to join colleagues and review real-life situations, considering practical applications for specific extracts. Bring your own cases and discuss classmates' cases in a collaborative setting, embracing the fact that there is no one correct answer. The series can be repeated as often as desired, but only one five-month series is required.
This live module includes the following:
- Five live 90-minute interactive sessions with recordings posted for future review.
- Live Facilitation by Lena Kozlovets and Kara Strubberg, Gemmo School Mentors
Requirements:
- Attend four out of five live sessions and share at least one case scenario for discussion to receive credit.
Prerequisites: Viewing of all Cold, Flu, and Virus and Emotional Health Mini-Courses, Complete Practicum One. This module is valuable anytime after Practicum One and can be repeated.

Requirements:
- Attend four out of five live sessions and maintain a reflective journal.
Prerequisites: Viewing of all Cold, Flu, and Virus and Emotional Health Mini-Courses, Complete Practicum One
